Women more impacted by Covid workplace burnout (CNBC)
One in three women are considering changing jobs or leaving the workplace, CNBC reported, citing data from McKinsey & Co. Both men and women are reporting more burnout, but the gap between men and women has grown.
Rachel Thomas, co-founder and CEO of Leanin.org, told CNBC that women are doing a disproportionate amount of housework and childcare throughout the pandemic, and they are taking on more work in the office around employee well-being as well as advancing diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
