(Reuters) – Uber Technologies Inc [UBER.UL] said on Tuesday it fired the former head of its self-driving unit, Anthony Levandowski, as he failed to comply with the ride-hailing company’s internal probe into a dispute with Alphabet Inc’s Waymo unit.
