New York-based Alcott HR named Shannon Mashburn as director of human resources. With more than 22 years in HR services management, Mashburn most recently was first vice president, HR with New York Community Bancorp Inc.

Kathy Bowman-Williams

Law firm Day Pitney named Kathy Bowman-Williams as director of diversity and inclusion. Bowman-Williams will be a member of the firm’s senior management team, guiding the development of its strategic D&I plan and serving as a thought leader, ambassador and advocate on diversity, inclusion and equality.
