The Japanese labour force is getting smaller and companies are turning more to elderly workers, The Economist reports. One staffing agency owner, who specializes in finding temporary jobs for people older than 60, said the country has little appetite for importing workers, so it will have to focus more on the use of pensioners, women and robots.
