Japanese staffing firm Outsourcing Inc. has acquired German temporary employment agency Orizon from private equity firm Silverfleet Capita for an estimated €81 million.

Orizon operates across Germany and specialises in providing recruitment services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Since 2007, Silverfleet Capital has invested €185 million in the company, which is the eight largest temporary work agency in the country.

“Orizon surpasses its peers in profitability and is expected to achieve on-going growth,” Outsourcing stated in a press release. “This transaction provides the group with strong foothold to develop into the European industrial nations, including those in Eastern Europe.”

The transaction is expected to be finalised in June 2017.
