Social media has gone to work to stay and many companies are still trying to figure out what to do about it.
Some forward-looking industries are embracing social media. Others are at least starting to put policies in place to make sure the use of social media by employees remains appropriate. A smaller group hopes to turn back the clock by preventing employees from using social media at all.
